Little Pepper is so cute — everyone that sees her — goes OMG! She is a 9 to 10 wks. terri-chi-beagle tiny little thing. Pepper is white with black & black spots spreckled throughout her tiny body. She will be a small dog and she is such an easy puppy. We rescued her from the shelter, she had been adopted and then not picked up! So the poor little thing had to stay there for weeks on hold and then her time was up after hold! Imagine a playful, affectionate little puppy and that is Pepper.
