Hi, my name is Lucky. I was lucky when the security officer took me in and over to this rescue. I am a Beagle mix that is about 1 1/2 to 2 yrs. and very sweet. It seems that I have been beaten down, as I am hand shy and was so scared that someone was going to hurt me at first. But I never, ever even growled at my foster home mom and daughter. It broke their hearts when I would cower just when they were giving me fresh water and food. They just kept telling me that I'm a good dog and petting and kissing me... now I believe them. I wag my tail and have fun outside and stuff.
No young cildrens please - as I get anxious if they touch my hind quarters. If you choose me I would love you forever, but please don't have unrealitistic expectations of me. Some people think that all dogs jump out of their skins to be with them... I just look at you and kiss your hand gently.
