Hi, I was rescued running along the freeway. As soon as I was turned into the rescue and put at my fosters home I felt soooo happy. In fact they say I am just a very sweet, happy little doggie. I am one of those girls that just wanna have fun! They call me Panda because of my black around my eyes...but I think I am much cuter than a Panda bear!
