Lucky was found wandering the streets so dirty and so full of matts that you couldn't even tell what color or sex he was. You could tell he had been chained and had been ignored. His foster mom rescued him and took him to the groomer to find that underneath all that was this jewel of a boy. So loving and full of love for being rescued Lucky has just blossomed in his new foster home. Since we don't know his history, he has been started on his vaccinations and he will have an appointment for neutering. His current home is currently working on housebreaking and crate training.
